Ethereum Climbs to $1,912 as Bulls Retake the $1,900 Level

Ethereum traded at $1,911.80 on Friday, up 0.48% on the day, as buyers pushed price back above the $1,900 mark after an early slide toward $1,895. The session began near $1,902.70, Thursday's closing level, before dipping to a session low around $1,895 in the mid-morning hours.

From there, Ethereum staged a steady recovery, breaking above $1,905 in the early afternoon and extending gains into a fresh intraday high near $1,915.50 by the close. The move mirrored the broader strength seen across major crypto assets during the session, with buyers stepping in on each shallow pullback.

The $1,900 level is now the key support to watch, having flipped from resistance to a floor during the afternoon advance. Above the market, $1,915 to $1,920 stands as the next hurdle; a decisive close above that zone would open the path toward the $1,935 area last tested earlier in the week. On the downside, a break back under $1,900 would raise the risk of a retest of the $1,895 low.

Trading activity picked up alongside the price recovery, with the steepest gains coming in a single push through the early afternoon rather than a gradual grind. That kind of move often reflects short-covering or a fresh wave of buy orders arriving at once. With Ethereum holding above $1,900 into the close, traders will be watching whether the level holds through the weekend session or gives way to renewed selling pressure.
