What Is Paper Trading?
Paper trading is the practice of simulating trades without risking real money. This simulator connects to live Binance market data and gives you $1,000,000 in virtual capital so you can practice reading candlestick charts, placing trades, and managing positions — all in a zero-risk environment.

How to Use This Simulator
- 1. Choose a Trading Pair
Select any available pair (BTC, ETH, SOL, BNB, XRP, DOGE). The chart loads live data instantly from Binance.
- 2. Set Your Trade Size
Enter the USD amount you want to allocate. Start with $10,000–$50,000 per trade to practice proper position sizing.
- 3. Place Your Trade
Click BUY/Long if you expect the price to rise, or SELL/Short if you expect it to fall. Your position opens at the current market price.
- 4. Manage & Close
Watch your unrealized P/L update in real-time. Close individual positions when ready, or use Close All to exit everything at once.

Is the price data real?
Yes. The chart displays live candlestick data streamed directly from Binance via their public WebSocket API. Prices update in real-time with no delay.
Can I lose more than my virtual balance?
No. The simulator does not allow margin or leverage. You can only trade with the virtual cash in your portfolio. If your balance reaches zero, reset to start over.
Does my progress save?
Yes. Your portfolio balance, open positions, and trade history are saved in your browser's local storage. They persist between sessions unless you clear your browser data or click Reset Portfolio.
