- Chainlink trades at 11.536, up 0.013 (+0.11%) and holding above its fast moving average after a 30% week.
- Ondo Finance now accepts tokenised stocks as perpetual futures collateral, priced off Chainlink feeds.
- Holding 11.450 keeps the uptrend orderly; losing it turns the consolidation into a top.
Fundamental Analysis: Chainlink
The past week produced an unusually dense run of integrations. On 26 August Ondo Finance began accepting tokenised equities as collateral for perpetual futures, with pricing supplied by Chainlink data feeds — a market currently worth roughly $1.8bn in tokenised value. A day earlier, a newly launched decentralised venue that had already processed some $10bn during its stealth phase adopted Chainlink Data Streams for tokenised stock and commodity pricing, and the NUVA platform integrated feeds for real estate tokenisation.
The counterweight is that adoption of this kind is infrastructure revenue, not token demand, and the relationship between the two has historically been loose. LINK gained more than 30% in a week, comfortably outpacing bitcoin, on announcements that will take quarters to translate into fee flow. Grayscale's accumulation of 886,396 tokens over the past month, worth about $6.69m, is meaningful as a signal but modest against the move it accompanied.
The balance is a token where the fundamental case is genuinely improving and the price has already discounted a fair amount of it. That does not argue against the trend, but it does mean the next leg needs either new flow or a broader market bid rather than another integration headline.
Technical Analysis: Chainlink

The advance began near 8.00 on 9 August and built steadily rather than explosively, working through the 9.30 area mid-month before accelerating between 19 and 21 August to a 12.55 spike high. Price has since consolidated between roughly 11.40 and 12.00. The 4-hour chart shows a clean ascending stack of averages at 11.450, 11.087, 10.411 and 9.645, with spot sitting just above the fastest of them — the tightest and healthiest configuration of the three majors in this sector today.
Resistance is the 12.00 handle, then the 12.55 swing high. Support is the 11.450 average, then 11.087. The level that invalidates the uptrend is 10.411: while the third average holds, each pullback remains a higher low within the August sequence.
